Toby spent 16 years as a Senior Systems Engineer at Apple, serving as the primary technical liaison for ten wireless carrier partners across the US, UK, and Ireland, leading iPhone launch enablement at T-Mobile US and all major UK carriers, and training engineering teams of 100 or more. He brings that enterprise systems experience to the technology half: workspace architecture, tool consolidation, cloud infrastructure, and automation.

Emma brings over 25 years in operations, project management, and business support across publishing, media, professional services, coaching, and non-profits, with time inside startups and global organizations including WPP plc, the BBC, and Interpublic Group. She has run her own executive assistance practice since 2009 and is a Xero Certified Advisor. She brings the operations half: the processes, the administration, and the discipline that keeps a business moving. As a former director put it: "She truly makes things happen."
